      <title>Pendahuluan</title>
      <p id="_paragraph-13">Pergerakan harga saham terbentuk akibat dari pergerakan dinamis antara kondisi <italic id="_italic-176">supply</italic> dan <italic id="_italic-177">demand</italic>. Saat terjadi permintaan (<italic id="_italic-178">demand</italic>) atas saham yang tinggi maka harga akan naik dan ketika penawaran (<italic id="_italic-179">supply</italic>) atas saham yang tinggi maka harga akan menurun [1].</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-14">Investasi dana asing (<italic id="_italic-180">foreign flow</italic>) ini tidak melibatkan investor secara langsung dalam pembangunan perusahaan karena dana yang diinvestasikan dalam pasar modal berupa surat berharga atau ekuitas. <italic id="_italic-181">Foreign flow</italic> memiliki sifat yang pergerakannya lebih bebas dan berjangka pendek sehingga memiliki tingkat likuiditas yang tinggi yang memiliki peluang sebagai penambahan modal perusahaan-perusahaan domestik [2].</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-15">Volume transaksi saham merupakan aktivitas jual beli saham suatu emiten yang disepakati oleh penjual dan pembeli melalui <italic id="_italic-182">broker</italic> dengan beberapa jumlah lembar saham [3]. Volume transaksi saham yang tinggi dapat diartikan bahwa transaksi jual beli yang terjadi pada saham tersebut sedang aktif dan kecepatan transaksi tinggi, sehingga saham tersebut memiliki potensi untuk menjadi pilihan utama investor untuk dimiliki [4].</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-16">Aktivitas perdagangan saham memunculkan adanya harga beli dan jual yang digunakan untuk mengukur likuiditas pada <italic id="_italic-183">bid-ask spread</italic>. Dimana <italic id="_italic-184">bid price </italic>merupakan harga penawaran (<italic id="_italic-185">bid</italic>) tertinggi yang bersedia dibayarkan oleh <italic id="_italic-186">dealer</italic>, sedangkan <italic id="_italic-187">ask price</italic> merupakan harga permintaan (<italic id="_italic-188">ask</italic>) terendah yang bersedia dibayarkan oleh <italic id="_italic-189">dealer</italic>. <italic id="_italic-190">Bid-ask spread</italic> menggambarkan biaya transaksi dengan membandingkan selisih antara harga beli (<italic id="_italic-191">bid price</italic>) dengan harga jual (<italic id="_italic-192">ask price</italic>) oleh investor [5].</p>

    <sec id="heading-0001b123492ebe5b25291df034844161">
      <title>Metode Penelitian</title>
      <p id="_paragraph-18">Jenis penelitian yang diterapkan adalah penelitian eksplanatif (hubungan) yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif [6]. Dalam penelitian ini populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah semua jenis pasar saham sub-sektor farmasi pada Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan total populasi perusahaan farmasi yang tercatat di BEI pada tahun 2018-2020 sebesar 10 perusahaan. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan metode <italic id="_italic-193">purposive sampling</italic> yang memiliki tujuan untuk mendapatkan sampel perwakilan (<italic id="_italic-194">representative</italic>) sesuai dengan kriteria infomasi yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian yang didapatkan sejumlah 9 perusahaan dalam 3 tahun periode dengan total 27 data observasi.</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-19">Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu laporan tahunan (<italic id="_italic-195">annual report</italic>) dari masing-masing perusahaan yang telah diresmikan dan dipublikasi di situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan data sekunder yaitu berupa harga penutupan saham (<italic id="_italic-196">Closing Price</italic>), jumlah transaksi bersih asing (<italic id="_italic-197">Net Foreign Flow</italic>), volume transaksi saham, dan harga beli (<italic id="_italic-198">bid price</italic>) dan jual (<italic id="_italic-199">ask price</italic>) ketika penutupan dari masing-masing sampel perusahaan farmasi dalam periode 2018-2020. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan model data panel yang diolah dengan perangkat lunak statistik Eviews 10.</p>

          <p>Variabel <italic id="_italic-205">Foreign Flow</italic> (X1) dari data sampel 9 perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2018-2020 setiap tahunnya menunjukkan transaksi beli bersih asing tertinggi sejumlah Rp 196 milyar oleh PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (PYFA) pada tahun 2020 dan transaksi jual bersih asing sejumlah Rp (1,96 triliun) oleh PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF) pada 2020 dengan nilai mean (rata-rata) sebagai titik pusat estimasi data populasi sebesar 1,36 milyar pada standar deviasi (simpangan baku) sebesar 4,60 milyar.</p>

          <p>Variabel Volume Transaksi Saham (X2) dari data 9 perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2018-2020 setiap tahunnya menunjukkan aktivitas volume perdagangan (TVA) tertinggi sebesar 1,191919 oleh PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (PYFA) pada 2020 dan terendah sebesar 0,002067 oleh PT Darya-Varia Laboratoria (DVLA) pada 2018 dengan nilai mean (rata-rata) sebagai titik pusat estimasi data populasi sebesar 0,251874 pada standar deviasi (simpangan baku) sebesar 0,323922.</p>

      <p id="_paragraph-28">Berdasarkan hasil uji normalitas dengan metode Jarque-Bera pada gambar 2 di atas menunjukkan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,201459 &gt; 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa data penelitian berdistribusi normal yang dapat diartikan bahwa pengujian statistik dalam model regresi ini valid.</p>

      <p id="_paragraph-32">Berdasarkan hasil uji multikolinieritas tabel 2 di atas dapat dilihat bahwa semua variabel independen menunjukkan hasil VIF &lt; 10, sehingga dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel pada penelitian ini tidak terjadi korelasi antar variabel independen yang berarti terbebas dari multikolinieritas.</p>

      <p id="_paragraph-75">Pada hasil uji R<sup id="_superscript-10">2</sup> di atas menunjukkan hasil perhitungan statistik koefisien determinasi yang dapat dilihat pada <italic id="_italic-219">Adjusted R-Squared</italic> memiliki nilai sebesar 0,791 atau 79,1%. Sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa variabel <italic id="_italic-220">Foreign Flow </italic>(X1), Volume Transaksi Saham (X2), dan <italic id="_italic-221">Bid-Ask Spread</italic> (X3) mampu menjelaskan variabel Harga Saham (Y) sebesar 79,1%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 20,9% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak ada dalam model regresi penelitian ini.</p>
      <p id="paragraph-1af207ba4a76e55a0501ed3f1b636650">F. Pembahasan</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-76">Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang didapatkan maka hasil hipotesis penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut :</p>
      <p id="paragraph-f04be59aca76e3c77ebc18724926ff81">1) Hipotesis Pertama (H1) : Pengaruh <italic id="italic-1">Foreign Flow</italic> secara parsial terhadap Harga Saham industri farmasi Periode 2018-2020.</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-77">Pada tabel 9 dapat dilihat bahwa variabel <italic id="_italic-222">foreign flow</italic> (X1) menunjukkan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar -0.203057 dan nilai t-statistic sebesar -0.865534 serta nilai probabilitas sebesar 0.4004 pada signifikan (&gt;0,05). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 yang meyatakan bahwa variabel <italic id="_italic-223">foreign </italic><italic id="_italic-224">flow</italic> tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham diterima dan H1 yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan variabel <italic id="_italic-225">foreign flow</italic> terhadap harga saham ditolak. Maka dapat diartikan bahwa variabel <italic id="_italic-226">foreign flow</italic> tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial terhadap harga saham. Hasil penelitian ini memiliki kesamaan dengan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh (Rakhmat, 2019) yang menyatakan bahwa <italic id="_italic-227">foreign flow</italic> tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham yang disebabkan oleh presentase kepemilikan saham asing yang sangat rendah sehingga transaksi asing yang terjadi tidak dapat mempengaruhi harga saham. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa khususnya pada kasus perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di BEI faktor <italic id="_italic-228">foreign flow</italic> (transaksi asing) tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap naik turunnya harga saham [7].</p>
      <p id="paragraph-1744fac3933e8cea59838cb50ea25823">2) Hipotesis Kedua (H2) : Pengaruh Volume Transaksi Saham secara parsial terhadap Harga Saham industri farmasi Periode 2018-2020.</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-78">Pada tabel 9 dapat dilihat bahwa variabel volume transaksi saham (X1) menunjukkan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 1.3063 dan nilai t-statistic sebesar 4.2306 serta nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,0007 pada signifikan (&lt;0,05). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H2 yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan variabel volume transaksi saham terhadap harga saham diterima dan H0 yang meyatakan bahwa variabel volume transaksi saham tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham ditolak. Maka dengan melihat koefisien variabel pada hasil analisis regresi dapat diartikan bahwa variabel volume transaksi saham memiliki pengaruh yang positif signifikan secara parsial terhadap harga saham. Hasil penelitian ini memiliki kesamaan dengan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh (Caroline dkk, 2020) dan (Sebo dan Nafi, 2020) menunjukkan bahwa volume transaksi saham memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi peningkatan volume transaksi jual beli saham yang terjadi maka akan meningkatkan harga suatu saham, begitu pula sebaliknya. Sehingga data volume transaksi saham dengan indikator TVA dalam penelitian ini mampu mencerminkan kondisi transaksi jual beli saham yang terjadi [8] [9].</p>
      <p id="paragraph-088456ffb31b210672163985ced83a5a">3) Hipotesis Ketiga (H3) : Pengaruh <italic id="italic-7ffd46f2dbdb2c87d883ac4e2aeb8156">Bid-Ask Spread</italic> secara parsial terhadap Harga Saham industri farmasi Periode 2018-2020.</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-79">Pada tabel 9 dapat dilihat bahwa variabel <italic id="_italic-229">bid-ask spread</italic> (X3) menunjukkan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar -0.006199 dan nilai t-statistic sebesar -2.646995 serta nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,0183 pada signifikan (&lt;0,05). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H3 yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif signifikan variabel <italic id="_italic-230">bid-ask spread</italic> terhadap harga saham diterima dan H0 yang meyatakan bahwa variabel volume transaksi saham tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham ditolak. Maka dengan melihat koefisien variabel pada hasil analisis regresi dapat diartikan bahwa variabel <italic id="_italic-231">bid-ask spread</italic> memiliki pengaruh yang negatif signifikan secara parsial terhadap harga saham. Hasil penelitian ini memiliki kesamaan dengan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh (Yustinur dan Fachri, 2021) dan (Briliantini dan Prasetyo, 2019) menunjukkan bahwa <italic id="_italic-232">bid-ask spread</italic> memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai<italic id="_italic-233">bid-ask spread</italic> dalam penelitian mampu mencerminkan likuiditas suatu saham, dimana semakin rendah tingkat <italic id="_italic-234">bid-ask spread</italic> rendah menunjukkan bahwa saham tersebut memiliki likuiditas yang tinggi dan berdampak pada harga saham yang meningkat, begitu juga sebaliknya [10] [11].</p>
      <p id="paragraph-e52121496cebdf5e4ad71f1a57aa51af">4) Hipotesis Keempat (H4 ) : P engaruh <italic id="_italic-237">Foreign </italic><italic id="_italic-238">Flow</italic> , Volume Transaksi Saham dan <italic id="_italic-239">Bid-Ask Spread</italic> secara simultan terhadap Harga Saham industri farmasi Periode 2018-2020.</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-80">Pada tabel 11 dapat dilihat bahwa nilai F hitung sebesar 9,959074 dengan nilai probabilitas 0,00005. Nilai F hitung yang ditunjukkan diatas lebih tinggi dibanding F tabel (9,959074 &gt; 2,9603) serta pada nilai signifikan 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahwa H4 diterima dan H0 ditolak yang dapat diartikan secara bersama-sama, variabel independen <italic id="_italic-240">Foreign Flow </italic>(X1), Volume Transaksi Saham (X2), dan <italic id="_italic-241">Bid-Ask Spread</italic> (X3) berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham (Y).</p>

    <sec id="heading-54b06fb2b7817040e8a01bf6d5f894d9">
      <title>Kesimpulan</title>
      <p id="_paragraph-82">Berdasarkan hasil penilitian dan pembahasan sebelumnya dengan studi kasus yang dilakukan pada perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2018 – 2020, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut :</p>

          <p>Variabel <italic id="_italic-242">Foreign Flow</italic>(X1) yang ditunjukkan dengan indikator transaksi bersih asing (<italic id="_italic-243">Net Foreign Flow</italic>) menunjukkan hasil analisis secara parsial tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2018-2020. Hal ini disebabkan karena performa perusahaan industri farmasi yang terdaftar di BEI masih lemah dan kurang mampu menarik minat investor asing untuk berinvestasi dalam pasar modal, sehingga jumlah investor asing yang menanamkan dananya di pasar modal sektor farmasi masih rendah dan kepemilikan saham masih dikuasai investor lokal dengan performa yang baik.</p>

          <p>Variabel Volume Transaksi Saham (X2) yang ditunjukkan dengan indikator <italic id="_italic-244">Trading Volume Activity </italic>(TVA) menunjukkan hasil analisis secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2018-2020. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa volume transaksi saham memiliki fungsi sebagai cerminan harapan dan pendapat <italic id="_italic-245">trader</italic> terhadap suatu saham yang mampu menggerakkan harga. Dimana semakin tinggi volume transaksi saham yang terjadi, maka semakin fluktuatif pula pergerakan harga saham yang menimbulkan adanya tren pergerakan harga saham akan naik (<italic id="_italic-246">up trend</italic>) atau turun (<italic id="_italic-247">down trend</italic>).</p>

          <p>Variabel <italic id="_italic-248">Bid-Ask Spread</italic> (X3) yang ditunjukkan dengan indikator dari selisih harga permintaan dan penawaran menunjukkan hasil secara parsial memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2018-2020. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa apabila terjadi penurunan <italic id="_italic-249">bid-ask spread</italic> mengindikasikan potensi <italic id="_italic-250">return</italic> atau pengembalian dari saham yang didapatkan meningkat yang juga disebabkan oleh cepatnya para investor dalam menahan sahamnya sehingga menimbulkan peningkatan aktivitas jumlah transaksi jual beli saham yang sedang terjadi. Dimana peningkatan harga saham terjadi dapat menandakan penurunan informasi asimetri yang dapat dilihat pada tingkat <italic id="_italic-251">bid-ask spread</italic><italic id="_italic-252">.</italic></p>

          <p>Variabel <italic id="_italic-253">Foreign Flow </italic>(X1), Volume Transaksi Saham (X2), dan <italic id="_italic-254">Bid-Ask Spread</italic> (X3) secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2018-2020. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama semua variabel independen dalam penelitian mampu menggambarkan performa harga saham pada suatu periode dengan indikator <italic id="_italic-255">foreign flow</italic>, dibantu dengan volume transaksi saham yang membantu investor mengetahui <italic id="_italic-256">trend</italic> pergerakan harga saham dimasa depan dan diperkuat dengan <italic id="_italic-257">bid-ask spread</italic> yang menunjukkan tingkat informasi asimetri saham.</p>
