      <title>Pendahuluan</title>
      <p id="_paragraph-12">Setiap perusahaan memiliki struktur yang berbeda-beda sesuai dengan kegiatan yang dilakukan perusahaan, dalam struktur tersebut memuat devisi serta tugas dan tanggung jawab yang akan di pegang [1]. Dalam setiap devisi memiliki keterkaitan yang tidak bisa dihindarkan untuk itu diperlukannya kerja sama antar anggota. Suatu organisasi tidak dapat berjalan dengan baik tanpa adanya kemauan dari anggotanya untuk terlibat dalam perilaku yang positif [2]. Perilaku tersebut berupa keikutsertaan serta partisipasinya dalam setiap kegiatan, melakukan tugas dengan sebaik mungkin dan menunjukkan kerja sama tim yang solid. Perilaku tersebut dikenal dengan <italic id="_italic-38">Organizational Citizenship Behavior</italic> (OCB) yaitu perilaku <italic id="_italic-39">extra-role</italic> dimana melakukan pekerja diluar deskripsi tugasnya tanpa mengharapkan pengenghargaan maupun mengembalian. Perilaku sukarela sering muncul akibat dari keterikatan hubungan yang terjalin diantara kedua belah pihak. Karyawan yang <italic id="_italic-40">engaged</italic> ditandai dengan kondisi hubungan yang positif terhadap tugas, memiliki energi dan semangat, ikut berkontribusi, efektif dalam bekerja, penuh penjiwaan, dan dalam keadaan pandangan positif yang sesuai dengan tugas atau pekerjaannya[3]. Sumber daya ini juga mampu membantu pengawasan dan mempengaruhi lingkungan [4].</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-13">Lingkungan kerja yang sesuai harapan akan mendorong efektifitas waktu kerja [5], dan mendorong perilaku ekstra. Supaya perusahaan mampu dalam mengatasi tantangan lingkungan diperlukannya budaya organisasi dengan bekerja sama untuk memecahkan masalah [6]. Budaya yang kuat dapat mendukung dalam memberikan informasi kepada kelompok organisasi mengenai perilaku yang diinginkan[6]. Masih ada beberapa perusahaan yang tidak memahami pentingnya budaya, lingkungan dan <italic id="_italic-41">employee engagement</italic> dalam suatu organisasi. Karena terlalu fokusnya hanya pada perolehan hasil. Padahal orientasi proses juga perlu diperhatikan terutama yang menyangkut tenaga kerja yang ada. Karena OCB akan terasa sangat signifikan dampaknya terhadap organisasi apabila secara keseluruhan atau tidak hanya satu orang yang melakukan perilaku tersebut [7].</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-14">Berdasarkan pemaparan diatas, penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian dengan judul: “Pengaruh <italic id="_italic-42">Employee Engagement</italic>, Lingkungan Kerja dan Budaya organisasi terhadap <italic id="_italic-43">Organizational Citizenship Behavior</italic>.”</p>
    </sec>
    <sec id="sec-4">
      <title>Metode Penelitian</title>
      <p id="_paragraph-15">Jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dimana pendekatan kuantitatif merupakan penelitian yang pengambilan datanya dilakukan secara statistik melalui tahapan atau proses yang berlandaskan metode ilmiah. Populasi yang digunakan sebanyak 220 karyawan pada bagian produksi pada PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk. Sidoarjo. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 142 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu <italic id="_italic-44">proportionate stratified random sampling</italic>. Sumber data yang diambil berupa data primer (wawancara dan pengambilan angket) serta sekunder (profil, absensi dan buku pedoman). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan <italic id="_italic-45">Struktural Equation Modeling</italic> (SEM).</p>

      <title>Hasil dan Pembahasan</title>
      <p id="_paragraph-20">Uji validitas bertujuan untuk mengukur kelayakan suatu instrumen (objek) penelitian. Adapun hasil uji validitas ditunjukkan pada tabel dibawah ini.</p>

      <p id="_paragraph-29">Berdasarkan Tabel 2 diatas dapat diketahui bahwa nilai CR &gt; 0,6. Sehingga dengan demikian semua instrumen varibel dapat digunakan sebagai input untuk analisis persamaan struktural.</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-30">Pengujian asumsi normalitas dilakukan dengan mengamati nilai <italic id="_italic-60">skewness</italic> dan <italic id="_italic-61">kurtosis</italic> dalam <italic id="_italic-62">assessment of normality. </italic>Berikut penyajian hasil uji normalitas yang ditunjukkan pada Tabel 3.</p>

Hal ini membuktikan tidak terjadinya pelanggaran asumsi normalitas SEM pada input penelitian ini.</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-35">Dalam analisis <italic id="_italic-69">outlier multivariate</italic> dapat diuji dengan membandingkan nilai <italic id="_italic-70">mahalanobis distance square</italic> dengan statistik <italic id="_italic-71">chi square</italic> pada tingkat p1 ≤ 0,001. Dimana <italic id="_italic-72">degree of freedom</italic> sejumlah 17 indikator, nilai hitung chi square (17; 0,001) = 40,790. Hal ini berarti nilai observasi yang memiliki <italic id="_italic-73">mahalobis distance</italic> &gt; 40,790 adalah <italic id="_italic-74">multivariate outliers</italic>. Berikut ini hasil ringkasan uji <italic id="_italic-75">outlier</italic> menggunakan nilai <italic id="_italic-76">mahalanobis distance square</italic>.</p>

      <p id="_paragraph-51">Terlihat masih ada beberapa kriteria yang tidak fit, maka untuk memperoleh model yang lebih baik diperlukan modifikasi model dengan menambahkan garis hubung yang dapat diamati dari nilai terbesar pada modifikasi indeks, dengan diberi tata hubung sesuai urutan modifikasi pada pengujian sehingga mendapat hasil model yang lebih baik. Oleh karena itu model secara keseluruhan dapat dikatakan telah sesuai dengan data dan dapat dianalisis lebih lanjut.</p>

          <p>Hipotesis pertama, <italic id="_italic-137">employee engagement</italic> berpengaruh signifikan terhadap <italic id="_italic-138">organizational </italic><italic id="_italic-139">citizenship behavior. </italic>Dimana nilaiC.R sebesar 3,991 &gt; 1,96 dan nilai p sebesar 0,000 &lt; 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H<sub id="_subscript-1">1 </sub>diterima yang berarti bahwa <italic id="_italic-140">employee engagement</italic> berpengaruh signifikan terhadap <italic id="_italic-141">organizational citizenship behavior</italic>. <italic id="_italic-142">E</italic><italic id="_italic-143">mployee engagement</italic> memiliki pengaruh yang paling besar terhadap OCByaitusebesar 0,465 atau 46,5%. Didukung dari penelitian terdahulu yang menunjukan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat engaged karyawan, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat <italic id="_italic-144">organizational citizenship behavior</italic> karyawan terkait dengan perusahaan atau organisasi [8].</p>

          <p>Hipotesis ke-dua, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap <italic id="_italic-145">organizational citizenship behavior</italic>. Diketahui nilai C.R sebesar 0,129 &lt; 1,96 dan nilai p sebesar 0,301 &gt; 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H<sub id="_subscript-2">2 </sub>ditolak yang berarti bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap <italic id="_italic-146">organizational citizenship behavior </italic>Besarnya pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap OCB sebesar 0,129 atau 12,9%. Didukung oleh penelitian terdahulu yang menunjukkan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap OCB [9]. Berbeda dari hasil penelitian [10] lingkungan organisasi dapat mempengaruhi seseorang dalam berperilaku termasuk dalam melakukan perilaku ekstra dalam organisasi seperti membantu sesama rekan kerja.</p>

          <p>Hipotesis ke-tiga, budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap <italic id="_italic-147">organizational citizenship behavior</italic>. Diketahui nilai C.R sebesar 3,129 &gt; 1,96 dan nilai p sebesar 0,002 &lt; 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H<sub id="_subscript-3">3 </sub>diterima yang berarti bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap <italic id="_italic-148">organizational citizenship behavior</italic>. Besarnya pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap <italic id="_italic-149">organizational citizenship behavior</italic> sebesar 0,389 atau 38,9%. Didukung dari penelitian terdahulu menjelaskan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB, karena karyawan yang berorientasi pada goals bersama, akan berorientasi pula pada kepentingan anggota serta agresif dalam bekerja[11]. Menunjukkan tujuan dan berorientasi pada kepentingan anggota menunjukkan perilaku OCB baik <italic id="_italic-150">Altruism, Courtesy, </italic><italic id="_italic-151">Conscientiousness</italic><italic id="_italic-152">,</italic><italic id="_italic-153"> Sportsmanship </italic>dan<italic id="_italic-154"> Civic virtue</italic></p>

      <title>Simpulan</title>
      <p id="_paragraph-63">Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebagian karyawan produksi pada PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk, Sidoarjo dapat menunjukkan <italic id="_italic-155">engaged</italic> dalam bekerja baik itu <italic id="_italic-156">vigor</italic> (semangat dalam bekerja), <italic id="_italic-157">dedication</italic> (bangan dan antusias pada pekerjaannya) serta <italic id="_italic-158">Absorption</italic>(menikmati waktu saat bekerja). Terlihat dari hasil yang signifikan sehingga peningkatan <italic id="_italic-159">employee</italic> <italic id="_italic-160">engagement</italic> akan meningkatkan pula <italic id="_italic-161">organizational citizenship behavior</italic>. Lingkungan kerja menunjukkan tingkat yang tidak signifikan sehingga perubahan pada lingkungan kerja yang ada tidak berpengaruh besar terhadap <italic id="_italic-162">organizational citizenship behavior</italic>. Budaya organisasi memiliki nilai yang signifikan terhadap OCB, sehingga menunjukkan budaya organisasi yang ada sudah baik dalam mencakup nilai profesionalisme, sikap terbuka, keteraturan, jarak dari manajemen, rasa tidak curiga serta integrasi sehingga dapat mendorong perilaku OCB.</p>
