Abstract

General Background: Employee performance is crucial for organizational success, influenced by various factors such as work discipline, loyalty, and motivation. Specific Background: In the context of PT. Halim Jaya Sakti 3, a manufacturing company, understanding these dynamics is essential for optimizing workforce productivity. Knowledge Gap: Despite existing literature on employee performance, limited studies focus on the interplay of work discipline, loyalty, and motivation specifically within the Indonesian manufacturing sector. Aims: This study aims to investigate the effects of work discipline, loyalty, and motivation on employee performance at PT. Halim Jaya Sakti 3, employing a quantitative approach with primary data collected from 100 employees. Results: Utilizing multiple linear regression analysis via SPSS version 22.0, findings reveal that work discipline, loyalty, and motivation significantly impact employee performance, both independently and collectively. Novelty: This research contributes to the understanding of employee performance drivers in Indonesian manufacturing, offering insights that differ from previous studies by integrating multiple factors and focusing on a specific organizational context. Implications: The study highlights the importance of improving work discipline, employee loyalty, and motivational strategies at PT. Halim Jaya Sakti 3, thereby enhancing organizational effectiveness.
